Clubhouse Update:

CURRENT UPDATE:
Electricians were on site continuing to run the Romex wiring and fire alarm wiring
Met with HVAC contractor to get estimate for duct work
Met with Emilie, Alan, Royce & Treasurer on site
Additional RFI’s and Submittal samples sent; waiting on replies
Anticipation for Next Week:
Framers to be on site to begin fitness room area
Electricians returning to continue wiring
Working on slate samples for balcony
Working on samples for locker room tiles
Waiting on RFI responses
Keith to send revised Locker Room estimate
Open Estimates Submitted:

Parking Policy:
Dominion Wrecker is handling parking enforcement in the Port Potomac community. Parking issues that require towing include people parking in fire lanes, cars that have expired tags or no tags at all, and cars that have remained in a common area parking space for weeks without moving. Please be mindful of where you are parking.

This weekend would be great time to tidy up your lawns, I know management has made this comment in the last couple of emails, however there are a lot of lawns that are in need of a lot of TLC.
