Good afternoon,
Below is the weekly update for Port Potomac HOA.
Clubhouse Update
Drywall installers on site continuing install
Superintendent on site cleaning jobsite and receiving materials; working on re-insulation Installed 1 door and 1 window in toddlers’ room
Received materials- Sample of locker exterior paint, ceiling fans

At this time the completion date for the clubhouse project is mid-November. The Board of Directors are currently working with Rescon to revise the schedule.
Staff Update
Pam Kolbosky, resigned from the Covenants Inspectors’ position. Pam’s last day is July 6th.
She will be greatly missed. Management is in the process of filling her role.
Reminders
Each Lot owner is responsible for keeping all trash secured in trash receptacles only and not solely in plastic bags, including lawn debris. Trash containers must be stored in garages or otherwise out of view of adjoining Lots, Common Area, and adjacent and nearby streets. Trash may be placed out for pick up the day of trash collection, per Article VII, Section 7.21 of the Declaration. Emptied trash containers must be removed from view of any neighboring property as soon as possible after pick up and in no case should they remain in view of any neighboring property the following day after a scheduled pick up.
Each resident is responsible for picking up litter on his own Lot and preventing wind-blown debris from originating on his Lot. No accumulation or storage of litter, new or used building materials, or trash of any kind shall be permitted on any Lot.
