Below is your clubhouse update.

Superintendent to return; keeping job tidy, receiving materials and smaller tasks as able; installing trim
 
Drywall contractor to continue drywall finishing
 
Tile contractors to return and continue tile install
 
Painters returning to caulk and putty nail holes in trim
 
In-House laborers to return installing misc. trim work

We are still waiting for a final completion date of the clubhouse repairs. The last timeframe received was November 2021, however that date maybe pushed back. Management will let you know the new completion date in the coming weeks, hopefully it is sooner than later. 

Social Event
Football opening day is Sunday, September 12th! The Social Committee is putting together a tailgating event, along with food trucks on the clubhouse grounds from 10am (set-up) – 6pm. 
The moon bounce and climbing wall will not be presented at the event due to safety reasons. Please RSVP https://www.portpotomachoa.com/rsvp.php

Reminders
Each Lot owner is responsible for keeping all trash secured in trash receptacles only and not solely in plastic bags, including lawn debris. Trash containers must be stored in garages or otherwise out of view of adjoining Lots, Common Area, and adjacent and nearby streets. Trash may be placed out for pick up the day of trash collection, per Article VII, Section 7.21 of the Declaration. Emptied trash containers must be removed from view of any neighboring property as soon as possible after pick up and in no case should they remain in view of any neighboring property the following day after a scheduled pick up.
