Most residents have been addressing their Covenant Violations in a timely manner.  There are presently only 350 open violation and most of these have contacted us to let us know they are working on correction(s).  The most common violations are still, trash violations, lawn weeds and un-mowed grass.  At the last Covenants Committee Meeting there were 23 hearings concerning ongoing issues that had not been addressed.

Last Friday we informed you that the first design choices had been made for the clubhouse and that the design boards were available for review in the office trailer.  We now have the design boards available digitally.  They are attached to this email if you are interested.

Have a good weekend.
